Love this article and you have captured my thoughts exactly about clothes and dressing for LIFE. My mother was a business woman , accountant when women became teachers or secretaries and was from NYC. She knew quality and always dressed to the nines and did not have to spend alot doing it. She taught me that first impressions are important and wanting to look good equates to feeling good. I am a new member of the "60's"club and I have a closet full of great clothes for work and play- and interchange depending on my mood- Dressing to me is like "painting a picture", a mood, a statement , an expression of how I feel vs who I am is my goal. Enjoy those beautiful shirts and white linen suit and enjoy the experience. Don't throw those clothes out-
